Why Infomedic exists
Medical records requests are high-volume, high-risk and unforgiving of mistakes. A single mis-sent record can become a reportable HIPAA breach. Yet most providers still process these requests with stretched in-house staff, squeezed between clinical duties and a growing queue.
Infomedic exists to take that burden away — combining trained Health Information Management specialists, secure technology and a compliance-first process so every release is accurate, timely and fully documented.
